Eskell accepts returns of items in their original condition with tags intact, within 14 days of internet purchase for full refund. In store credit is also an option.
Items purchased in store are accepted for return within 14 days for in store credit only.
Buyer must notify Eskell of any damage or defects of items within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise.
We will credit your card when we receive the returned item. Shipping refund not included.
When returning an item for exchange, an additional shipping charge will be applied.
All Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, usually within one day of order. International Orders ship via US postal service.
All sale item purchases both online and in store are final sales. No returns accepted.
