How to Use: Use brush in shower or on a towel to collect any skin cells that fall during brushing. With dry skin and a dry brush, start at feet with long strokes upward. Apply medium pressure to avoid tearing. Use shorter motions around joints and circular, clockwise motions on stomach. Use long strokes on arms from hands to shoulders. Brush in downward motions from the jawline to the chest and finish with circular motions at the heart. After brushing, shower as normal and moisturize with a hydrating oil or rich lotion. Clean brush with gentle soap and hang to dry. Repeat brushing 1-3 per week and replace brush approximately every four months.
