Eskell accepts returns and exchanges on all items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with tags and other packaging materials intact.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Because Eskell shares inventory between our webstore and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.
Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
To redeem a gift card online, please call us at 773-486-0830 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with the process.

All gifts purchased as of 11/29/18 may be returned for store credit until 1/31/19
Eskell will be closed from December 24th and reopening January 3rd. Any orders received during this time period will be processed on January 3.
