Refund policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order online from us, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If you have made an in-store pickup order and it has not been picked up within 21 days, your order will be returned on store credit sent via email.
Any items purchased at our Chicago store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Any requests made after these periods will not be granted.
All items that are final sale: items in Apothecary (including Perfumes), plants purchased in-store, and undergarments. Sale items are final In-store Only, but please be advised that sale items purchased online are nonrefundable and qualify only for store credit.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused with tags and original packaging materials intact. If an item has been damaged, you have 5 days upon delivery to report this along with photos to info@eskell.com. Please be advised that sale items are nonrefundable and qualify only for store credit. Please also note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping fees are nonrefundable. To initiate a return, email info@eskell.com with your order number and we can help facilitate a return or exchange.
